Aquest espai del MUME, situat al hall, es dedica a la mostra periòdica de propostes artístiques contemporànies que tenen com eix del seu treball les relacions entre l’art i la memòria -individual i col·lectiva- associada a fets històrics i polítics. En aquest sentit, es dóna prioritat a aquelles obres que, a partir d’un esguard documental, emotiu i reflexiu, tenen en consideració la funció i influència que poden exercir la memòria i la figura del testimoni tant en la comprensió de la història del segle XX, com en una possible aproximació crítica a la complexitat del món actual.
