Exhibition: Catalunya in Transition (1971-1980)

MUME, from October 17, 2015 to January 10, 2016 

The exhibition, produced by the Democratic Memorial, offers a Catalan look at the Transition based on two singularities. One is the process that leads to the general elections of 1977, based on the unity of opposition to the Franco dictatorship of the social movements, entities, personalities and the political forces around the Assembly of Catalonia.

The second distinguishing feature is the political process from the elections of June 15, 1977 to the elections to the Parliament of Catalonia in 1980, which entails a differentiated political map from what is constituted in the rest of the State. The exhibition is intended to pay tribute to all those people and organizations who inspire rights and freedoms.
