On the exile form you can supply personal information (as a reporter/witness) and/or of third parties (exile testimonies).

In the case of information on third parties, you declare yourself to have legal authorisation or representation to cede the data supplied. We remind you that data of deceased people is not covered by Law 15/1999 of 13th December on Personal Data Protection or the regulations implementing it.
You also authorise the Exile Memorial Museum, as well as the associated document centres, within its own framework of action, to effect the reproduction, distribution, communication and transformation of this information, in any country in the world and in any mode of exploitation, distribution, support, format and medium, including audiovisual, computer, multimedia, telematic, etc.
Data supplied will be included in the “TESTIMONIES” file of the Exile Memorial Museum Consortium, with the aim of creating a historical archive of Republican exile testimonies.
